It’s your big day. But, it is even a bigger day for your parents. For them- today is the day of extreme joy, happiness and yes, sadness too. While you are going to get a new family, a new life- for them, it is like giving their little daughter – their little princess- away. 1. Make Them a Special Morning Tea: Start your big day with this little step. Taking some time out of your wedding prep to make your parents a special tea/breakfast will not only make them feel special, they will also know (if they already don’t) how much they mean to you.
2. Send Mom to a Beauty Salon: Show mommy dearest that you want her to look her beautiful best on your wedding day and, for that, you must treat her to a relaxing spa or even a manicure and pedicure session.
3. Send Him for a Hair Spa: Or, maybe, a new hair colour. Dads are famous for being careless about their looks, to be precise, their hair. So, it’s just a small token of love from you. Give him a makeover and let everybody see how handsome your dad still is.
4. Spend Time with Them: We know, it is real tough to manage time on your wedding day. But, that is what will make it more special. During the breaks between the rituals and programs, take some time out and sit with them. Share your feelings with them and let them share the same with you. Hug your mom and dad. Be prepared for some teary-eyed moments.
