Bollywood celebrities have always inspired our brides-to-be. No one does ‘big fat Indian weddings’ better than them. While India awaits the wedding pictures of Saifeena(who are like India’s Brangelina) with bated breath, here we have compiled the pictures of some other popular Bollywood actors on their wedding day.
1) Shilpa-Raj Kundra wedding- This was a grand affair held at the Bawa Villa in Khandala on November 22, 2009. The ceremony was a traditional Indian wedding ceremony with both the bride and groom choosing red ethnic attire. As expected, there were no corners cut; everything from the wedding invitation cards to the bridal attire was designed by experts in the industry. Tarun Tahiliani ,India’s top designer, created Shilpa’s wedding outfit that no bride in or outside Bollywood has ever worn before!
2) Abhishek-Aishwarya wedding –This power couple got married on April 19th 2007. Aish reportedly stuck with her favorite designer Neeta Lulla, while Abhi’s golden sherwani was designed by Mumbai based tailoring house Kay Sons.
3) Madhuri-Shriram- The reigning Bollywood queen tied the knot with UCLA trained cardiovascular surgeon on 17 October 1999, after which they moved to the USA. They recently shifted base back to India and have two wonderful kids. God bless this happy couple.
4) Akshay-Twinkle-Twinkle’s traditional red gold ghagra-choli was designed by Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla.
