Disha and Navroze tied the knot on December 16th 2012, in a beautiful beach wedding in Goa. Mehul Chimthankar photographed the event. Read the details about the day from our bride Disha:
Bride & Groom: Disha Singh and Navroze Palekar
Date of Engagement: May 2012.
How we met: We have known each other for nearly 13 years. But we started going out in 2011, when friendship turned into love.
My First impression of him– Fun loving, comfortable to be with.
His first impression of me: Beautiful and poised.
Wedding venue: Prainha Resorts by the Sea in Goa.
Wedding theme/colors: Coral and yellow…
Dress: I shopped for my dress in the US. David’s Bridals in Kansas
Most memorable part of the occasion– Just being with family. Those two days were very relaxed and we had several guest speeches and slideshows. Just being with friends and family was really special.

Advice to other brides-to-be: We had planned the entire event ourselves and that can be a bit stressful. I would advise all brides to relax and take it easy. It is your day, so simply enjoy the event and each moment since it will be over before you know it!
