When it comes to honeymoons, the destination does not really matter, does it? After all; you have the company of your sweetheart and chances are that you have eyes for her/him and little else. However, this particular honeymoon photoshoot has proved our theory wrong. Ankit and Surabhi Jindal tied the knot in Goa last year and they were certainly not planning on compromising on their honeymoon plans. So they zeroed in on a 15-day trip to Greece, Spain and Istanbul. And that’s not all- they also enlisted the help of their close friend Mukesh Vyas, award winning wedding photographer and CEO of Studio Snapster (Raipur, Chattisgarh) to capture those lovely memories of the trip.
Mukesh also helped the couple select their hotel in Greece; the luxe Astro Palace Resort in Santorini with Fira just minutes away. The couple had a lovely Jacuzzi right in front of their hotel room- t’was indeed a romantic and memorable time for Ankit and Surabhi! They especially enjoyed the breath-taking sunsets overlooking the vast Caldera at Oia.
Ankit and Surabhi urge couples planning a Santorini honeymoon to dine at the Cafe Lila near Caldera and to try their “Gliko tou koutaliou” a dessert made with Greek yogurt and dry fruits. They also recommend that all wine savvy couples visit the famous vineyards in the region.
All in all, the trip was exactly what the couple had envisioned and were especially pleased with their decision of having Mukesh along to capture those lovely memories.
