Your wedding date is getting closer and all the preparations have been done. With all eyes set on you, you need to make sure that your skin looks its best when you step on the stage. It is not unusual for a bride-to-be’s skin to start glowing a few days before the actual wedding day. The reason for this glow is of course the excitement and joy. The happiness within your inner soul reflects on your face. But the shopping and other preparations can also  induce a lot of stress within you. This might take away the glow and can even cause rashes, pesky breakouts and oily skin. To avoid such skin problems a bride-to-be needs to take special care of her skin before the wedding date approaches. Here are a few pre-bridal skin care tips that you can follow to give your skin the perfect radiant look on your wedding day:

Start preparing your skin in advance: You need to start looking after your skin once your wedding date has been fixed. Start watching  your diet and your daily routine. Eating right and following the right routine will help in rejuvenating the skin and bringing out the glow.

Workout regularly: We all know that a  proper workout doesn’t just help in keeping the body fit but also helps us in getting rid of the toxins which leave harmful effects on the skin.

Take supplements: Consult a good doctor and supplement your diet with appropriate multi-vitamins. These supplements will not only give you a healthy skin, but also boost your health.

Exfoliate your skin: Exfoliating regularly helps in retaining the texture of your skin in the late 20s. Exfoliating also  helps in getting rid of the dead skin cells and bringing out the fresh skin. You can start by washing your face with your regular cleanser followed with an exfoliator scrub of your choice. Pick the skin products according to your skin type.

Moisturise your skin regularly and put sunscreen before going out in the sun: Moisturising your skin will help in bringing out the glow in your skin and proper use of sunscreen will prevent your skin from tanning as well as the harmful UV rays that can harm your skin in the long run.

Sleep well: Before the actual wedding day your body needs proper rest and this can only be achieved if you sleep for at least 7-8 hours a day. Lack of sleep can result in dark circles around the eyes that are not easy to get rid of. Not only will you end up having dark circles; no skin treatments will work if you are not getting proper zzzs.

Visit a dermatologist: Make sure you visit a dermatologist at least 3 months before the wedding date and get yourself treated for any skin issues which you are suffering from. A timely visit to the specialist can also help you in deciding what cosmetics will be best for your skin type.

Correct your diet and bid adieu to all the junk food that you used to have if you want to have a great skin on your wedding day. Most important thing is not to try anything new in the last 30 days before the marriage. That obviously is not the best time for doing experiments. Follow these easy skin care tips and get ready for your big day with a beautiful smile on your face.
