Sangeet: The theme for the Sangeet was Bollywood- including the décor and the music .The couple made an entry in limousine, the pathway was decorated with flexes of bollywood celebrities, also the cushions, and the entire setup was very grand. The theme of the sangeet was bollywood films from the 50’s to 2012.We conceptualized the entire theme and selected songs for the couple’s family and friends. The couple even clicked portraits of landmark films of bollywood and their posters were placed at the entrance. Abhijeet Sawant, Indian idol winner performed and made everyone dance.
Wedding Ceremony and Reception: The wedding reception had a royal theme and was held at The Taj Gateway. The bride and groom made an entry from the gate to the stage in a royal vintage car. The decoration was very elegant and beautiful. It was a combination of pink and white. Orchids were used for the entire decoration. Flute player Baljinder Singh was invited to perform and he mesmerised the guests with his melodious tunes on the flute in the backdrop of the grand reception.
The couple tied the knot and said their seven vows with musical pheras with the artists and pandit explaining the meaning of each and every vow. The reception comprised of 2000 people!
