A huge thank you to Santhosh Kumar of San I Photography for sending in this beautiful champagne-gold themed Christian wedding held at the gorgeous St Patrick’s Church in Bangalore. The photographs show how warm and amazing the entire ceremony was. We love the bridesmaid’s golden dresses and Shirley looks very beautiful as she walks down the aisle. “This was a love story that simply had to be shot and told to the world. This was my reaction when I first met Leslie Anthony Doray . He had more to say about his story and I might have lost most of the details during the meet, but most importantly I noticed the sparkle in his eyes, the excitement in his voice and how incredibly happy he was feeling about his upcoming nuptials. Their love story stood tall even with the distance between him and Shirley. But, they had a plan and they stuck to it.
They had another photographer covering the wedding so that put me in a lot of ease. I only focused on candid shots and experimented quite a bit. The couple was very flexible and were willing to go that extra mile to ensure that they have great pictures.
Like their story, their wedding had everything that you can ask for. Leslie is a chef and I am sure that he couldn’t have asked for more ‘masala’. Somehow, even with everything happening, I was glad to witness how excited the couple was during the wedding. In fact: this wedding brought me back memories of the reason why I get an adrenaline rush when I shoot weddings. Overall it was a grand party and our team enjoyed shooting every bit of it !!”
