Worst experience!! My daughter's rice ceremony was in September 2019 and they committed to deliver albums and videos by November. I finally received the album in end of march after 30 emails and countless messages in whatsapp. But haven't received the video till date. Ignoring the fact that the quality of their photography even worse than my 14 year old nephew, all I want is to get the delivery of videos. They dont receive calls, or rarely reply to emails, whatsapp messages are blue ticked but they dont care to reply. My daughter's rice ceremony, memory of once in her lifetime occasion. I dont know if they ever gonna deliver the videos. I regret with heavy heart! Biggest mistake of my life.
