To begin with there are a number of malls in Dubai, each one bigger and better than the previous. We recommend the Mall of the Emirates, Ibn Batuta and Burjuman Centre. With 466 stores in the Mall of the Emirates, there’s hardly anything else you can do but shop. There is a family entertainment section within the mall complete with rides and cinemas. There is also the famous indoor ski-slope, Ski-Dubai. At the Burjuman Centre you can find all high end brand showrooms like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Bulgari, Prada, Jimmy Choo to name a few. Ibn Batuta is the largest themed shopping centre. Each part is inspired by a country and it’s culture. It’s a must see spot.

For a quiet evening after all this shopping, head to the Jumeirah beach. Enjoy the clear sky and blue water. You will get a majestic view of the Jumeirah hotel near by. Dubai has a thriving night life. So if you are the clubbing sorts, do not miss out on one of the popular discotheques.

We strongly recommend the Desert Safari. It will give you a look at the vast expanses of desert. Dune bashing is so much fun, it’s like a roller coaster ride yet completely new. The desert Safari comes as a package deal. It includes a belly dance performance, tanoura dance  performance and the traditional food of Dubai.

To go to Dubai and not visit the gold market is a sin. You just have to visit the gold souk even if only to enjoy the carefree attitude of the sellers handling gold like vegetables. There will be chains and ornaments of gold on display with no special security measures.

Your amazing and fun filled honeymoon does not end but begins as you are ready to depart. Dubai airport is ranked one of the best. It has received great reviews from stop over travellers.

Indian nationals have to apply for visa. You are granted a 30 day visa which can be further extended for another 30 days. the best time to visit Dubai is between October to April. A 4 to 6 day tour would cost approximately Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000. Most tour operators would club Abu Dhabi with Dubai. You can check the following sites for more information:
