The modern Indian groom, however, is much more involved in his wedding preparations. Not only is he more conscious about his looks, he is also actively involved in the planning process and celebrations.

- Support your bride to be: This is one point every groom-to-be must pay attention to. Brides are naturally under a great deal of stress. Try and be as supportive as you can.
